Welcome to Fresh Rides Spa. These terms and conditions govern your use of the services we offer and our website, www.freshridespa.com. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Services

Fresh Ride Spa offers auto detailing services, such as washing, waxing, and interior cleaning. Our services are available to individuals and businesses in our service area. We try to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers and using proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. 

Prior to Fresh Ride Spa servicing on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail (examples: low battery, doors/windows/trunk/engine bay access issues, etc.).

If your vehicle or premises pose a potential threat to our health or safety, please inform us. If there are any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gases, etc.) in the vehicle, you must inform us prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle or premises.

If your vehicle cannot be serviced once we arrive, you will still be charged a minimum 25% cancellation fee for the agreed on service amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).

Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, services, and condition.

Additional charges apply for excess pet hair, spots, stains, tar, sap, bugs, debris or personal item removal, and other circumstances due to additional time added to the services

We reserve the right to charge extra for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking

Fresh Ride Spa will not remove or install car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so. We will not install or remove custom equipment including, but not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat or custom equipment cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

Fresh Ride Spa reserves the right to refuse service.

Appointments

We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur where we may not be able to. We won’t compromise safety or quality of other appointments by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be informed of an updated arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change and appointment in case of staffing issues, weather conditions, machinery or equipment failure.

We require a minimum 24 hours notice if you want to change or cancel an appointment or you will pay a minimum 25% cancellation fee for the agreed on service amount.

Communications

Fresh Ride Spa will send you messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the service, and to insure customer satisfaction after the service is completed. Depending on your data service, you may incur costs from these messages from your provider. Fresh Ride Spa is not responsible for any of these potential costs.

All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify Fresh Ride Spa and its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Fresh Ride Spa services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Fresh Ride Spa’s business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

Damage & Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of servicing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Fresh Ride Spa will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If any issues are found after the service that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours (if needed, schedule  touch up service within 3 days).

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Ride Spa, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.

Payment

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the service. If payment is made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.

There may be additional charges for Insufficient Funds or Returned Payments

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. We will make our best effort to not record license plates, people or homes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes only, and we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our website or any part of it at any time without notice.

You are responsible for your use of our website and services, and you agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website or services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right. You may not use our website or services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of them.

You may not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with our website or services:

  • Violating any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Infringing any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
  • Collecting or storing personal information about other users
  • Engaging in any spamming, phishing, or other malicious activity
